An Evening With Bristol Zoological Society & Fancy Plants

  • Wild Place Project, Hollywood Mansion House Hollywood Lane Bristol, England, BS10 7TW United Kingdom (map)

Join us for this unique event with exclusive talks and private access to the glasshouses at Wild Place Project, with the opportunity to purchase from the impressive tropical plant selection. All proceeds will support Bristol Zoologial Society's Recover Local Nature appeal.

Enjoy a talk from an expert horticulturalist, who will share some of the history of plants at Bristol Zoologial Society, the importance of plants for animal feed, and our role as a cites site.

Next, hear from Fancy Plants on houseplant 'trends', how terraniums in particular have changed the world we live in today, and hear what they predict might be the next big thing.

We'll close the talks with an 'ask us anything' Q&A, before heading to the glasshouses. Your ticket also includes a drink on arrival, with special prizes to be won on the night!

Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Please note that the accessibility to the glasshouses is limited, if you have any concerns please contact Merle Harrison prior to booking your ticket.
